[Dateline: NEW YORK, MARCH 17, 2022] — Digital Production studio We Are Volume (WAV) founded in 2019 to provide on demand Digital Production & Website Technology solutions exclusively to the Creative Industry is formally extending its service offering to include Digital Strategy, UX and Design Staff Augmentation services. These new services will be available exclusively to creative, media or PR agencies to use on demand, just as WAV currently does with its suite of Digital Production capabilities.   

We are in a worker’s market and that requires a real shift in how we think about talent. There are more open jobs than before the pandemic, and we found ourselves often using our network to fill short term gaps in the strategy and creative disciplines upstream. This has naturally led to short term staffing to become part of our suite of production service offerings.  

The WAV studio was designed to compete in a commodity driven industry by providing a balanced mix of onshore and offshore services, while being transparent and competitive with fees. The business was designed with a virtual workforce in mind helping parents who wanted to stay in the workforce but couldn’t commit to full time work or travel into an office and has been a major driving force to ditching real estate plans from day one.  

Our proprietary approach to workforce management has positioned WAV to expand its service offerings by matching specialized talent with the needs of our clients who can’t support hiring full time when skillsets change often. WAV is often responsible for the production downstream and the marriage between the two offerings continues to deliver quality creative results.
